Rain Policy:
Overnight Camp will take place rain or shine. On rainy days our indoor gymnasium will be used for a variety of activities including stroke practice, fitness, basketball, video analysis, tennis quizzes, and etcetera. Campers will return to tennis courts for training once the rain has stopped. If there is more than one full rainout day per week, then campers will be transported to a local indoor tennis facility for training.
Junior Day Camp will take place rain or shine. On rainy days the following procedures will be followed:
Medical Policy: The Director of First Aid will treat all minor injuries and illnesses on site. A CPR/First Aid certified staff member will be on site at all times, along with basic first aid equipment. Camps are required by CT State Law to have a Physician on call, and any major illnesses or injuries will be referred to our camp Physician or taken to the hospital if it is an emergency. A medical form must be completed prior to attending camp that will disclose any known medical conditions and provide insurance coverage and policy number. Children will self administer their own medications as prescribed under the supervision of the Director of First Aid.
