DIRECTIONS

From the north : I-91

Take exit 15 and turn right onto Rt. 68

Turn left at third stoplight onto North Farms Road, which becomes North Elm Street

At Christian Street (5th stop sign) turn left

Take your first right onto Choate’s Memorial Circle

Follow Memorial Circle straight back to the parking area between Nichols (on the left and Logan Munroe (on the right). Take the stairs at the rear of the parking area up to the Hunt Tennis Center

From the north and south: Wilbur Cross Parkway (RT. 15)

Take exit 64 and turn right onto Quinnipiac Street

Bare left at Wallace Park and cross over the R.R. tracks

Go straight through light (Quinnipiac becomes Center St. at this intersection)

Turn left at second light (at top of hill) onto North Main St.

At Christian Street (5th stop sign) turn right

Take your first left onto Choate’s Memorial Circle

Follow Memorial Circle straight back to the parking area between Nichols (on the left and Logan Munroe (on the right). Take the stairs at the rear of the parking area up to the Hunt Tennis Center

From the south : I-91

Take exit 14 and turn left onto Woodhouse Avenue

At the second light, take a left onto Center Street

At the third stop light (Elm Street intersection), take a right

The first stop sign is Christian Street, take a right

Take your first right onto Choate’s Memorial Circle

Follow Memorial Circle straight back to the parking area between Nichols (on the left and Logan Munroe (on the right). Take the stairs at the rear of the parking area up to the Hunt Tennis Center

From the west (Danbury or Waterbury, CT): I-84

Take I-691 exit 10 and follow to Wilbur Cross Parkway/I-91 south exit. Follow directions above.

Best route from Boston (northeast of Wallingford, CT)
Drive time: 2 ¼ hours

Take I-90 (Mass Pike) West to I-84 West (connects in Sturbridge, MA)

Take I-84 west to I-91 South (connects in Hartford, CT)

Take exit 15

Turn right off the exit onto Route 68

At 3rd traffic light, take a left onto North Farms Road, which becomes North Elm Street. This is a residential, country road

At the 5th stop sign, you will be on the Choate campus, at the intersection of North Elm Street and Christian Street

Turn right onto Christian St.

Follow Memorial Circle straight back to the parking area between Nichols (on the left and Logan Munroe (on the right). Take the stairs at the rear of the parking area up to the Hunt Tennis Center

Best route from New York City (southwest of Wallingford, CT)
Drive time: 2 ¼ hours

Take the Merritt Parkway North (Rt. 15). This road changes its name to the Wilbur Cross Parkway/Rt. 15 in Stratford, CT

Take Exit 64

Turn right onto Quinnipiac Street

Bear left at Wallace Park and cross over railroad tracks.

Go straight through traffic light. (Note: At this intersection Quinnipiac becomes Center Street.)

At top of hill (at second traffic light) turn left onto North Main Street.

At the first stop sign, take a right onto Christian Street.

Take your first left onto Choate’s Memorial Circle

Follow Memorial Circle straight back to the parking area between Nichols (on the left and Logan Munroe (on the right). Take the stairs at the rear of the parking area up to the Hunt Tennis Center
