ADULT PROGRAMS

The Michael Filipek Tennis Academy offers several ways for adults to learn tennis, practice and improve their skills, or just get a great workout.

Options include:
  • Private Lessons
  • Work one on one with an instructor. This is the most effective way to improve.
  • Semi-Private Lessons
  • Two to one player to instructor ratio
  • Group Clinics
  • Class of three or four people with an instructor
  • Aerobic Tennis Workout
    (6 - 7:30 pm, Monday - Thursday)
  • This is one of the most fun ways to workout! A 90-minute, high-energy class that will get both your game and your body in shape. Designed for all levels, these daily sessions will combine drills with fun games. Every session is guaranteed to make you both sweat and smile!
