Aaron Kusza - Assistant Director

As a resident of Wallingford, Aaron Kusza graduated from nearby Cheshire Academy in 2001 where he played number one singles and doubles. Before furthering his education and tennis at Villanova University, Aaron also reached a number one ranking in New England in the 18s division. Recipient of the Shallcross Family Scholarship for excellence in athletics and academics, he finished his final two years at ‘Nova at the number one singles and doubles position. As a Captain his senior year, Aaron led his team with the most wins in singles and in doubles, which translated into a 6th place team finish in the Big East Conference.

After graduation in May 2005, Aaron received a full tuition scholarship to continue his studies at Villanova. He has recently obtained his Master’s Degree in Theology & Religious Studies in December of 2007 as well as completed his second year as the Assistant Coach for the Villanova Men’s tennis team.

Aaron is now a teaching professional at the Tennis Club of Trumbull and has spent the last several summers teaching tennis all over southern Connecticut, from working with beginners to training with top ranked juniors and college players. Aaron is as enthusiastic as he is knowledgeable for tennis players of all ages and levels.
