Welcome to The Michael Filipek Tennis & Sports Academy!

In its ninth year, the Michael Filipek Tennis & Sports Academy / adidas tennis camp – has established itself as one of the best camps in the Northeast. 2014 was a very successful summer, with unprecedented numbers for our overnight camp and multiple sold out weeks. We are happy to announce that we will be hosting our 2015 tennis & multi-sport summer camp at the same locations for the fifth straight summer! Our day camp will be held at prestigious Choate Rosemary Hall, with overnight and day camps to follow on the pristine campus of one of the finest boarding schools in the Northeast; Avon Old Farms School. These two schools boast beautiful campuses along with some of the finest tennis and athletic facilities in New England.

For 2015, we are very excited to to offer our campers again the option to attend our multi-sport camp, which has been very well received among our campers since we introduced it two years ago. The multi-sport option is offered in addition to our full day tennis camp. For the 2015 season: campers may choose any of the following multi sport combination: Option 1: Tennis & Soccer, Option 2: Tennis & Basketball or Option 3: Tennis, Soccer & Basketball.  Our multi sport camp is designed for those campers who wish to improve their tennis but also balance their experience with other sports. The soccer and basketball programs will be instructional based and the skills and training included in these three sports are quite complimentary. Please go to the “Avon Old Farms” page for more information on both programs such as schedules, dates and pricing

Both camp locations are located approximately two hours from New York City and from Boston. Pending on interest we may offer transportation to/from NYC and Avon Old Farms at an additional cost.  We provide our campers with a top quality experience tailored to their needs. Our camps feature:

  • Tennis only or multi-sport curriculum
